Terms of Service
By purchasing my artwork, you agree to the terms of service below. These terms are subject to change.Updated: 30th June 2025

General- You must be 18+ to commission me
- I have the right to reject any commission. Similarly, I have the right to cancel any commission and provide a refund.
- I have the right to share the artwork on social media (unless it was agreed before payment that it will be private)
- Commissions are for personal use only.
- If you repeatedly ghost me after requesting a refund, I will blacklist you.
- Do not claim my work as your own.
- My art must not be used in training AI or alongside anything AI-generated.

Payment and refunds
- Payment is upfront and via paypal invoices.
- Payment is in £ (GBP)
- I am unable to offer refunds, unless I have not yet started work on your commission.

Turnaround times
My turnaround times vary. I provide an estimate and will maintain communication with you regarding turnaround times. However, please do not commission me if you are on a tight schedule. I am unable to provide rush orders or definite dates.
